Shipping – Get Your Vintage Camera, Fast & Secure
How Soon Will My Order Ship?
We ship all orders within 1-2 working days because we know you’re excited to get your hands on your new vintage camera! You’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Do I Have to Worry About Customs Fees?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, customs charges may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility. If customs fees aren’t paid and the order gets sent back to us, we can only refund 80% of the order value (because of admin fees). So, be sure to check your country’s customs policies before ordering!
What Happens if My Order Gets Returned?
If your order is returned because of an incomplete address or failure to collect, we’ll reach out. If we don’t hear back after 30 days, we’ll issue a full refund. If you still want your vintage camera, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

⚠️ Shipping times depend on your location. While Royal Mail gives estimated delivery times, delays can happen. Please allow up to 28 days before reporting a missing parcel.

Can I Return My Vintage Camera?
We professionally test, restore, and service every vintage camera we sell, but hey—we get it, vintage gear can be unpredictable! If your vintage camera arrives faulty or gets damaged in transit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How Do I Qualify for a Refund or Exchange?
✔ You must request a return within 30 days of getting your order.
✔ Your vintage camera must be in its original condition, with any included packaging.
✔ The item must be returned before we can issue a refund or exchange.

❌ Changed your mind? Make sure you’re 100% sure before purchasing!
❌ Not sure how to use your vintage camera? We can guide you—just ask!
❌ Accidental purchase? Unfortunately, we can’t process refunds for that.
Refunds & Exchanges – How It Works
If your vintage camera is faulty and you prefer an exchange, we’ll do our best to find a replacement (subject to availability). Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds cover the original item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email us at skomkov1991@outlook.com with your order details.
Step 2: Wait for our approval & return instructions.
Step 3: Ship it back using tracked shipping (we recommend this so it doesn’t get lost!).
Step 4: Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Don’t send items back without contacting us first!
Cancellations – Changed Your Mind? Let Us Know ASAP!
If you want to cancel your order, email us within 6 hours of purchase.
⚠️ Cancellations made after 6 hours will only receive store credit, not a cash refund.
⚠️ All cancelled orders incur a small 2.7% + £0.25 processing fee (US customers will also have a 2% currency conversion charge).
Other Important Stuff to Know
🔹 All our vintage cameras are pre-owned & professionally restored. They may have some minor cosmetic signs of wear, but we’ll always highlight any major flaws in the product description.
🔹 Every vintage camera is fully tested & guaranteed. If you have any issues within 30 days, you’re covered!
